We guarantee
our puppies to be free of communicable diseases and in
good health at the time of sale. If a licensed veterinarian finds the
puppy to be in poor health within 72 hours after the buyer has taken
possession, the buyer may return the puppy to us at the buyer's expense
in exchange for a different puppy. We are not responsible for any
expenses you may incur and an exchange will only be honored with the
receipt of the report from a licensed veterinarian. The
buyer must provide confirmation that a vet check has occurred within 72
hours of the purchase of the puppy, or the health guarantee is null and
void. The buyer is responsible
for all veterinarian bills. No
monetary refunds given for any reason.
We guarantee all of our puppies for one year from date of birth against heart, liver and kidney congenital defects. If you find that your puppy has congenital defects, you may return it to us at your expense accompanied by a written statement from two unassociated licensed veterinarians. No puppy will be replaced if the puppy has been euthanized without the seller's knowledge or permission. Should the puppy die within its first year and the cause is unknown, an autopsy must be performed by a licensed veterinarian to determine eligibility. The buyer is responsible for all veterinarian bills and shipping costs of the replacement puppy.
All puppies can experience stress during the transition to a new home, change of diet, or excessive handling. Continued stress can result in problems such as worms, ear mites, or coccidiosis. Hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) is a serious health condition that can result in seizures or death. Puppies are affected by drafts and cold temperatures and may be susceptible to colds, pneumonia and other infections associated with their environment. All of the above mentioned conditions are treatable and do not warrant a return or exchange of the puppy. We make no guarantees in respect to size, color, coat quality, looks of dog, temperament, housebreaking, reproduction, trachea problems, or luxating patellas.
